Job details – An exciting opportunities for two apprentices to join the Customer Service team at BSH Home Appliances in Corby. BSH is responsible for the manufacture of world known brands such as Bosch, Siemens, Neff and Gaggenau.
- Learning to apply a range of skills in order to provide an excellent service to customers by answering incoming calls and assisting customers regarding domestic appliances
- Learning to work effectively as part of a team as well as on own initiative, developing excellent communication skills
- Learning to deal with all queries in an effective and efficient way
- Meeting agreed targets set out by B/S/H/ Home Appliances
- Gaining a good understanding of the procedures and policies of B/S/H/
- Maintaining excellent levels of attendance at both work and tutor sessions and successfully achieving the apprenticeship qualification

Desired qualifications
GCSE, or equivalent qualification, to grade D/3 or above in English and Maths.
The apprentice will receive full and comprehensive training from BSH to enable them to fulfil their role and will be guided through the study of this Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Standard by a Learning & Development Officer from KTS. The duration of the apprenticeship is approximately 15 months and the LDO will carry out regular reviews to monitor progress through to timely completion and prepare for the End Point Assessments.

- Customer Liaison
- Dealing with Appliance exchanges
- Field Support – liaising with engineers across the UK
- Gaggenau – This is our premium Brand of Home Appliances
- Training & Quality –delivering induction training for new hires and additional skills training
